Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery and only for manufacturing defects or significant shipping damage.

Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color purchases are not accepted as valid reasons for return.

All returns require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request a return, please contact us at postmaster@charmforyou.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. Wait for our review and approval (typically within 1-2 business days)
  4. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions
  5. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on approved returns

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Shipping costs (original and return shipping fees are non-refundable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, there is often some processing time
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at postmaster@charmforyou.com
